We are pleased to inform you of excellent news regarding our GMA Essentialis SCPI: we have implemented a 3% increase in the share price!

The subscription price now consists of a face value of €150 and an issuance premium of €56, totaling €206.

Additionally, the minimum initial subscription of 5 shares has been adjusted to €1,030, including the issuance premium.
